How to apply:

Remove clear film

Cut out decal

Place into water in dampening dish or small bowl

The backing will slid off

Remove decal gently (I use tweezers)

Dab onto paper towel to remove any excess water

Apply to nail

Apply clear varnish or gel top coat to complete look.
