Refunds

Toffey does not offer refunds on change of mind. This is due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive an item with a defect, we will reimburse you in full if purchased individually or the discounted cost of the product within the kit. Photographic evidence must be provided.

Faulty items

For faulty items please write to hello@toffey.com.au and we will action as soon as possible. Please be aware that only items purchased within 30 days are covered.

Warranty

All led lamps come with a 2 month warranty. For any issues with your led lamp please email hello@toffey.com.au 

Refunds

Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. You will receive email updates throughout the returns process.

If you received an item you didn’t order.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us at hello@toffey.com.au so we can work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
